 Post subject: Grandstream HT286 ATA - outdial problem + fix

A customer of ours had configured a Grandstream HT286 ATA and that it was registered with our servers but outbound was not working to their cell phone (PSTN). When they tried to call their cell phone they got a busy signal.

The root cause and solution:

The "Home NPA" field in the ATA's configuration. For the HT286, that field must be left blank.
