Hey Guys, I have installed the BB app on my bold however always get "There was a problem connecting to the primary server. Please wait, trying backup server...
It never works!
A) What is the purpose of this app B) How is it supposed to function C) What type of data connection is it expecting (the line Im testing with is my BIS account)?
Thanks, JR

After seeing zero responses I figured out what is goin on! If you are on an enterprise server you may not have any issues, but if you are any other ordinary customer, the L2V app may not work right out of the box. Since the app cannot use the BIS connection, you need to setup APN on your phone!
- On a blackberry, goto settings, advanced, tcp/ip - Select Enable APN - Enable Auth - use the values below according to your carrier
T-Mobile
APN: epc.tmobile.com Username: <leave blank> Password: <leave blank>
AT&T
APN: proxy Username: <leave blank> Password: <leave blank>
AT&T (if the one above doesn't work)
APN: blackberry.net Username: <leave blank> Password: <leave blank>
Rogers (in the US)
APN: internet.com Username: <leave blank> Password: <leave blank>
Rogers (in Canada)
APN: internet.com Username: wapuser1 Password: wap
FIDO Canada:
APN: internet.fido.ca Username: fido Password: fido
