Several customers have pointed out to us an issue this morning involving inbound calls not working from the PSTN to their Link2VoIP DID numbers. We have done internal tests and have confirmed a carrier level issue upstream of us. We are working with our carrier to resolve this immediately and will post updates as we get more information.
This seems to be intermittent and not affecting all calls but it is still a serious matter which we hope to resolve ASAP.
